Communication Standards and Profiles Applied

 

Within the project Healthy Interoperability (HIO) knowledge concerning multiple communication standards, implementation guidelines and profiles was acquired. The greater good was to enable the interoperable and seamless communication of medical data between software solutions in healthcare. The list of used standards include (not exclusively):

  • HL7 V2.x Messaging
  • HL7 V3 R2 CDA
  • ISO/IEEE 11073-20601
  • IHE Technical Frameworks with an focus on ITI, Rad, LAB, PCD and PCC
