We designed and developed 4 modules:

Medical Planning

Designing the Future of Care: Intelligent Medical Planning

The “Medical Planning” module focuses on the strategic design and optimization of healthcare environments, particularly high-complexity areas such as operating rooms. Using digital tools and immersive technologies, spatial layouts, equipment placement, and workflow pathways can be virtually modeled, analyzed, and refined before construction or renovation begins. This enables evidence-based decisions on where to position surgical devices, staff workstations, and supply zones to maximize efficiency, safety, and ergonomics. By simulating real clinical scenarios within planned architectural spaces, hospitals can reduce costly redesigns, improve team performance, and create patient-centered environments built for the future.

Medical Trainings

Innovating Medical Training Through Realistic Simulation

The “Medical Training” module focuses on education and professional development for medical staff across a wide range of clinical processes—from patient interaction and diagnostic procedures to high-risk treatments such as surgery. Using advanced technical tools, the program centers on realistic simulations that replicate clinical scenarios, replacing real patients with technology. These immersive simulations allow healthcare professionals to practice skills, refine complex procedures, and train on new methods or equipment in a safe, controlled environment. The module does not cover non-simulation-based training methods.

Process Simulation

Smarter Healthcare Processes Through AR & VR Innovation

The “Process Simulation” module explores the use of AR, VR, and mixed reality technologies to analyze, test, and optimize healthcare processes. By simulating administrative and clinical workflows—from hospital logistics to collaborative surgical procedures—different scenarios can be compared before real-world implementation. This approach saves time, costs, materials, and personnel resources while supporting sustainable development. Unlike training modules, the focus is not on teaching individual skills, but on evaluating and improving processes to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
