eHealth Summer School 2021

The University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, located in Vila Real (Portugal), is a high-level institution, dedicated to the creation, transmission and diffusion of culture, knowledge and science.

The eHealth Summer School will take place from the 30.8. to 03.9.2021. The participants will be introduced to the state-of-the-art and future concepts of medical pathways and eHealth.

We invite students and graduates from all over the world who are enthusiastic about the rapidly evolving field of eHealth! Get an impression from the last eHealth Summer School.

Dear applicants! We are pleased about your interest in the eHealth Summer School 2021. The participation is free of charge and on the first-come, first-serve basis. We will get in touch with you via email after the internal review of your application. The Summer School will be held in English. The upper-intermediate English language proficiency is required (B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR)). We invite students and graduates interested in topics related to healthcare, medical devices and medical IT applications. At the beginning of the week, specialists from various fields of eHealth will share their knowledge and provide insights on their practical experience. In the second part of the week, you will get a chance to put gained information into practice by working on individual projects. Information concerning the COVID-19 pandemic

Unfortunately, we have to announce that this year’s eHealth Summer School will take place fully online. The current situation of Covid19, especially the incidence of the Delta variant, made it impossible for us to ensure a safe event at any of our or our partners’ locations.
